Your new soap is handmade and will last longer if you allow it to dry after use and keep it dry between uses. Leaving it in water will eat away at your soap quickly.

Yes! We are happy to be launching our Naturals Collection on May 1, 2024. This collection offers beautifully designed scent free soaps.

All of our soaps are handmade by the loaf. Each loaf is then cut into bars and cured. Every bar will be the same design within the loaf, but each bar will be unique. The pictures of the soaps you see on the website are pictures we have taken when that loaf was cut, but no two bars are exactly the same.

It is very important to us here at Pulse to use only high quality ingredients that are free from harsh chemicals. The oils and butters we use for our soaps have many benefits for the skin and are high quality, organic, vegan and cruelty free.

At Pulse, we believe in only using high quality oils and butters in our product line. Here, you will find a brief description of the oils and butters we use in our soaps and a few of the benefits each is known for:

Olive Oil:

• Moisturizes and hydrates the skin.

Coconut Oil:

Handmade soaps take 4-6 weeks to cure after they have been made. Usually, once the soap has completed curing, we post it to the website so that it is available to you.

However, some of our soaps sell out within minutes of release, and for these soaps, we often do a pre-sale so that we can calculate just how much soap we will need to fulfill demand. When this happens, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for your soap to be shipped so that we have time for curing and packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us with your order details. We will do our best to make it right.
